We ship items within one business day after purchase. Buyer will be notified when the items ships. At this time Scarecrow Jo's only ships within the United States with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. If you reside in Hawaii or Alaska and would like to purchase an item, please contact me beforehand as the shipping can be very slow and expensive to these states.
I carefully package every item for shipping, however, If the item arrives damaged I will arrange for the return of the damaged item and issue a refund upon receipt.
